Step 2 - Reports & Recommendations
 Each individual staff member that participates in a health assessment will receive a confidential personalised Health Guide Booklet that includes their assessment results and recommendations.
The YMCA Corporate Wellness Specialist will also compile the data and submit a report detailing the findings on the health status of your organisation. This statistical report is developed to identify required interventions and health initiatives specific to your workforce.
The report includes:
- Non-identifiable, detailed synopsis of the health status of the employee population
- Key areas of risk
- Areas of Wellness
- Recommendations for health intervention strategies specifically targeting the health risk factors indicated from the health assessment.
